Our facility is conveniently located at the west end of the Aikahi Park Shopping Center, just around the corner from Navy Federal Credit Union.  We are pleased to have our Urgent Care wing open from 8am - 6pm daily for patients who may not be able to wait for the next available appointment.  The Urgent Care entrance is located near the mailboxes on the east side of the building.  For scheduled appointments, please use our main entrance.    ​

24-Hour Urgent and Emergency Care

Feather and Fur Animal Hospital is available to patients throughout the island of Oahu 24 hours a day for the highest quality urgent and emergency care.

If your pet is currently experiencing an emergency or if you are not sure, please call us immediately at (808) 254-1548.  We have a veterinarian on site 24-hours everyday for general and emergency patients.

We are always staffed and available to handle your pet emergencies.  Our veterinarians and support staff are highly trained and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure the best care possible for your beloved furry, feathered, or scaly family member.

Emergency fees apply during our emergency hours from 8pm each night until 7am the following morning.

The following is a partial list of common emergencies requiring immediate medical attention:

• Severe trauma or bleeding
• Broken bone
• Hit by a car
• Attack by another animal
• Difficulty or labored breathing
• Vomiting or diarrhea that goes on for an extended time
• Obstetrical problems
• Collapse
• More than one seizure in a 24-hour period or prolonged seizures
• Severe pain
• Heat stroke
• Ingestion of foreign body
• Straining to urinate
• Bufo toad exposure
• Poisoning or toxin ingestion
• Pale gums
• Distended abdomen
